I want to share with you, with permission of Queen Pavia and the Courts that we plan to make a public announcement that the Strigoi have returned. I understand some of you will think this is overdo, but now we have a Strigoi in captivity we thought it best to make this public with tangible proof. When we do this the people of Gavaria could naturally react in panic and to that it is the role of the Gavarian crown and the Adventurers of Atupal to quell their worry as much as we can as we face this returning foe. I implore each of you to relay this information to those in key positions in your dutchy of focus. Furthermore, our investigation leads us to believe that those with single puncher wounds on their neck with a rash are in immediate danger of Strigoi and may be unaware.
