Hey folks
If you ordered a pumpkin, please feel free to purchase your own before the event, carve it BEFORE the event, and give it to me at NPC camp so I can "deliver" it to you IG with a tag. It will save a ton of time at the event and save you from making a mess and missing cool plot while you spend time carving in your cabin. Please shoot me an email if you will be bringing your own pre-carved pumpkin so I do not have to cart up 12 of them myself!! Also, please ONLY light them with glow sticks- no flames.

Question about this: If we bring our own pre-carved pumpkin, do we get a refund of the 5 copper paid in-game for them?

Or is the 5 copper necessary to get some "special" pumpkin in-game which provides the magical effect of staving off the undead?

Sorry to reveal my cheapness, but as starting characters, even 5 copper seems like a big deal and worth asking. :huh:

No refund... but I assure you... if you paid attention to the merchant, the pumpkins will do their jobs.

So far, one person has let me know they are bringing their own pumpkin. Don't forget, there is also a carving contest with some nice rewards. Please let me know... with the amount ordered, I will not have room for personal bedding, personal costuming, and decorations! LOL

Rivervale bought 2 pumpkins. We will provide our own, no need to bring them for us.

Just FYI in case there was a miscommunication backstage, the pumpkin merchant told us IG that he thought that any old pumpkin would do to keep out the undead. I'm completely cool if the 5 copper were really for "special" pumpkins IG. Just want to make sure we're all working from the same set of information, however.
