Putting things back together

While this may not even be practical in game, the idea came to me the other day and I didn't know if it was legit or not.

So getting back to our heroes.

Poor Paco is having another bad day. He has been beaten about the arms and shoulders quite extensively and is now bleeding out. Hannah the Healer is fresh out of healing spells so she begins administering first aid. Frank the Fighter was there with Hannah, so he gets what he thinks is a bright idea. He begins to repair Paco's armor while Hannah repairs Paco.

Can this be done this way?
 
Yes.
Some notes:
1: Hanna and Frank should be particularly careful about following the 'Must RP First Aid/Blacksmithing' thing, and not just do the 'hand on the chest' method, to indicate that yes, they both are, in fact doing something to Paco.
2: A strike to Paco interrupts both counts.
