Question about High Orcs and Orcs?

Are there any physical diffrences in the two or are the High Orc's more powerful in abilities?

( Actually, that seems like a pretty darn good In-game question to me.)

What the stories I was told growing up said, was that the Orc is cunning, brutally strong, and liable to kill you, eat you, and wear your flesh as clothing. In that order, if you are lucky. The High Orcs I have met, though few, are strong and fierce, but have yet to attempt to eat anyone I know. See the difference now?

As for a difference: Yes, you can tell IG although it's hard to represent that IG -- NPCs should always say "you see an orc" so everyone knows.

The high ogre race packet, for instance, has a picture of a high ogre next to a different ogre... different shape of the skull and so on.
