Question about "the marketplace"

A new forum just popped up in my list, "The Marketplace", with no explanation. Is it:

-For buying / selling goods in-game as our characters?
-For buying / selling goods OOG as our players?
-Both?
-Neither?

I see one IG post there so far, but if we're buying or selling IG wouldn't it make more sense to simply use the Dreamscape? Otherwise non-chapter people who are visiting will never see these posts...

The Marketplace is for IG posts only- if you want to sell something out of game please use the OOG forum. :D

The new Marketplace forum represents the existance of a fairly substantial market in the Crossroads. All posts should be considered notices on a posting board or some sort in the Marketplace proper. Eventually I will find a way to turn off replies to give it more of a "posted note" feel.

This is restricted to the Seattle Members forums because visitors would not reasonably know what is going on in the local market.

So for instance if we owned a ship we could advertise for our sevices or sell cargo there? Just asking. Not that I want to buy a ship or something. :D
