Question for Logistics

Lindsay and I will be out from the east coast the evening before the event so I have a couple questions.

1 how do I orereg and how do I pay you.
2 Is there anything we can do to help ?

We will be staying at Econo Lodge SEATAC and will have a car. What time should we arrive at the site and could someone PM me with a phone number should we need to be resuced. :)

To pre-register, you send your skill tree (spells, skills, alchemy, production items created, etc.) in an e-mail to logistics@neroseattle.com. You'll also want to mention what magic items (if any) you'll be bringing, and what tags will be needed for said item(s). Bring the item and its tags with you for verification at the event during logistics. Basically, they're just getting all of your character's tags pulled prior to event so there's less for them to do that evening.

When you show up to pick up your pre-packaged tags, you will present your cash (not sure if they accept personal checks; there was a time not too long ago when they stopped accepting those, you'll have to ask) or other method of payment to the Money Master?. You will then be handed your bag of tags (and other various items/coin, etc) and you're off.

So, the steps you need to follow are:

1) Send in your spell/skill/item(s) tree to: logistics@neroseattle.com

2) Show up to the event and pay the Money Master? when you pick up your tags from Logistics.

Sorry for the double post, but it seems to be past the edit time for my previous one.

I can answer one more of your questions:

People generally first start showing up on-site around 16:00, maybe 16:30. Just depends on when you want to get there, really. /shrug

As for what you can do to help, I'd suggest e-mailing logistics@neroseattle.com or manager@neroseattle.com to see if they have need of any assistance.
