Ok, Say you get bottled by ritual, Now I know you are immune to Gift Spells since your spirit is in your Bottle, not in your body. Does that mean that if your have something spirit linked/locked, its now linked to your bottle and spirit and not your body?
 
Yes.
 
That is correct, items linked to your spirit are now linked to your bottle when a character is under the effects of controlled spirit store.
