Questions for June event

Just a few questions about the June 10-12 event.

1. What are the sleeping arrangements going to be? (We are NOT tenting it this year)
2. If there are cabins/platform tents available, do we need to reserve them? How many do they sleep?
3. Is there going to be a tavern available? If so, what is the cost and what is the menu?
4. What is the address for Camp Grelick? I am sure it is posted somewhere but I didn't see it.

Thanks so much!!!

1. What are the sleeping arrangements going to be? (We are NOT tenting it this year)
We are still working on this but will have an answer by Wednesday morning at the very latest, hopefully much sooner! There will either be wooden bunks or cots, we just need to work out the details.

2. If there are cabins/platform tents available, do we need to reserve them? How many do they sleep?
More to come on this as well but reserving is not an issue either way.

3. Is there going to be a tavern available? If so, what is the cost and what is the menu?
Yes, we have 3 meals Sat and breakfast Sun. The cost is all IG money. I don't have a menu yet but we do have a thread for listing any allergies or dietary needs. Our tavern coordinator works to make sure everyone is taken care of :)

4. What is the address for Camp Grelick? I am sure it is posted somewhere but I didn't see it.
Camp Greilick

We finally have an answer :D In the Daks there are 6 cabins, 2 larger and 4 smaller. The 2 larger cabins are going to be for PC's, they bunk 8 people but have no heat. The other 4 will be used for NPCdom. We will also have Gordon Pharo, a larger building that is 1/2 a mile away. It will be used for tavern and also more sleeping space for the PC's. There are cots with mattresses in there but space is limited to approximately 12 people on ground level and then there is a upper level that mattresses can be put on the floor of to make more room. Gordon Pharo also has running water, it is an outside faucet but it helps.

We will have showers but we can not drive our cars to them because of the Cub Scouts running around.

Logistics will be at the tavern building.

If there are any more questions please let me know.
