Race change and ageing

Was wondering the other day, if a Wilderkyn was race changed at oh, let's say age three, into one of the much longer lived PC races such as a MWE or a DE, how does that affect maturation and what age they look? Also how does it change their outlook on racial biases (MWEs' hate of commands, Wilderkyn's views on posessions, a Dryad's dislike of metals, etc.)?
 
For the age change, I think generally you would be physically of an equivalent 'life stage' of the new race (so a wylderkyn that lives 10 years, and is 3, might become a 15-16 year old human figure on an average lifespan of 50ish years) Obviously the player must properly roleplay the new dislikes/racial issues, but exactly how that develops would be up to the Player to decide.
 
Yup. My Foxkin is 10 now, and strangely hasn't started to show any physical sign of aging...
