Race Packets?

I'm looking for the basic vanilla race packets for Alliance. I saw them once but can't seem to locate them anymore. Mostly interested in reading the vanilla Andar human packet, trawling for ideas to further flesh out bmmy blossoming sociopath.
 
The only ones I know of are the National ones, which will not really help you here. I know that the Seattle Plot team is working super hard on new race packets, though. They might even have them ready and just haven't released yet.
 
Does Seattle not have packets for characters originating from Andar? On a side note, I can't help but notice that the national database has no packet for humans. Do humans not have a culture and history of their own?
 
You can find all of the National race packets here. Most of the National packets describe just the key aspects of a race, such as make-up requirements, role-play requirements, and other basic stuff; they do not (generally) convey history because that is specific to each chapter's world.

No, there is no National Human Packet. You don't need a National Packet on how to look or act human because you are already human. :) ... Actually, your character may need some instruction. ;)

Alliance Seattle Plot does not have race packets for Andar-originating characters. To be honest, I am not sure any were ever created.

We do have Culture Packets for the new lands, though. Each Culture Packet describes cultures with multiple races and treat them as one culture rather than an individual packet for an individual race. We haven't yet made those packets public, but we are discussing it internally.
