Tavern Space Notes:
The Feast is when and where our Chapter goes all out provide a lavish experience of immersion for attendees, as well as fun opportunities for fancier photo settings for PCs and chapter promotional material. Instead your usual rustic Adventurers' Bar Tavern, In Game, your PCs are welcomed into the august solemnity of The Great Palace of Whitecrown: a majestic ivory castle of towering spires featuring stained glass windows supported by a myriad of ornate buttresses, where the white stone halls within are gilded in gold filigree and adorned by flowing silk banners in the colors of the Ruling House Rumil.
To represent this In Game, we ask that your PCs observe a level of respect and esteem for the Royal Court by being extra mindful of keeping things looking nice: try to do away with clutter along sightlines, keep visible objects in period and OOG belongings out of view, and promptly bussing dishes and disposing of trash. I empower each of you to help me gently police this by reminding each other to help keep things nice, tidy, and contained. The Royal Court has all kinds of rules and decorum for how people ought to conduct themselves within the Palace, and this rigidity reflected somewhat in where certain things/activities can be or not be: in reality, OOG we're just trying to manage space, set-up time, and ambiance for just this unique annual event.
If you have any questions, needs, or requests for the Tavern, please see me (Nay), and I'll do my best to make it happen. I and my PC, Housemother Adlao, will also be helping support Rathfall Plot transition spaces between activities in the Tavern, and would welcome volunteers to help out as needed!
Here’s a quick tour of how we have set up the Tavern for the annual Feast:
The Royal Reception Hall:
The central gathering place for receiving palace guests, conducting official business, and where proper meals are served. It also serves as one of handful of Palace Throne Rooms. Please take extra care this event to keep the space pristine, visible in period belongings tidy, and oog clutter out of sight/stowed below tables. We ask that Limited Circles of Power not be erected in this space. Meals, a couple competitions, and some royal proceedings will take place in this venue.
The Palace Exhibit Hall:
A space set aside for hosting all manner of menagerie and entertainment, and where Merchant’s Row will be housed.
Please keep shoppes, guild tables, gaming tables, and ritual circles contained to this space. I will do my best to arrange the space to maximize the amount of spots to set up their individual and group spaces.
The space were usually use as the “Mystic Arts Room” by Logistics is the Grand Ballroom at the palace. It will be set up and used as an Indoor Mod Space by Plot, and is not available for PC use for shoppes, circles, or the like. Aside from several Mods and some preparation space for contests, this is where annual Royal Ball to celebrate the new Archducal Elect will be held on Saturday Evening.
The White Peacock:
The fancy Kitchen that serves the Archducal Family, their entourage and guests. There will be certain meals where a service station will be set up extending into the Exhibit Hall.

- The Central Buffet will be reserved to display entries for the two PC Competitions.
- If you are planning on setting up a shoppe along Merchants’ Row, please connect with Nay.
- There will be a handful of round tables here available for PC Guilds and other groups to claim as their space.
- There is an 8ft diameter cap on Limited Circles placed on shoppes and tables. If you need additional space for ritual casting circles, please see Nay. You are allowed to place ritual circles in the bunkhouse bedrooms.
