Honestly, you're probably not going to get as much useful information as you could out of that survey. You should have questions on there about what people view as the negatives, if for no other reason than figuring out how to downplay those aspects in your advertising.
 
I think they are looking more for what to emphasise in advertising the game than for what needs fixing. Fixes are more a matter for the owners than the PR committee after all. :p
