I was not able to click one the file or download it in any way. The file itself says that it is pending request. I would live to sign it but I can't download it!
 
My issue besides the fact that I cant click on it to download it, if it has to be printed, we do not have a printer, so if one could be made availble for me, val, and eric at the event, and we will sign there.

I'm sure they'll have plenty of them at the event, I don't think that they assume that everyone checks this board who plays. :P
What I'm hoping, however, is that they've made a provision for people who don't check the board and are pages, since if they need a parent signiture, the parent isn't necessarily there, they'll need to have a way to play still since they weren't informed.

Any page who doers not have a legal guardian or parent there with signatory power for a release won't be able to play anyway. In fact, every person under the age of 18 *should* be aware that they need to have someone with medical release powers present on site. You can find the forms for that on the BSA site.
