Lederkraft.net has a free guide on their website on how to build one of their body armor designs. It goes through all of the tools and supplies you need and includes the patterns(!) as well. It doesn't go into a lot of depth on technique, so it'll help if you already have at least a little experience with leather crafting. I know I'm gonna get some good use out of this guide so I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else was interested.
