Regarding the Mages' Guild and my Absence

People of Fairedale,

Please forgive my abrupt departure from these lands last summer. I was called away to the defense of my people, and I was obliged to travel to the far South. It has been difficult to get a message through, as I did not wish to risk revealing the location of our unit. If this message reaches Fairedale, know that Luka and I are alive and well, but we may not be able to travel back for some time.

In the meantime, I leave the Celestial circle under the care of Landiara, the only invested member of the Guild in Fairedale at this time. I trust that he will watch over it with diligence and serve the people of Fairedale well.

As for the rumors that the position of Mages' Guildmaster is jinxed, I assure you that they have no basis in discernible fact.

I will be at this coming gather , last I was here I was a senior guildsman and am invested in the circle . I have , with the help of Aubry, run the guilds day to day business more then once. If needed iI can do identifications .
