Resolved Regeneration, and post perm choices.

If I am under the effects of a Regeneration ritual, and die for the 12th time. Therefore being permanently dead, do I still have the ability to choose one of the four options listed in the rulebook?
Those being:
-Permanently Die
-Die but create a half xp character
-Have one more life
-Metamorphosis

to word it slightly differently, can I choose the "have one more life" option after my 12th death with a regen? can I choose the "metamorphosis" option after my 12th death with a regen?

If you die for the 12th time under the effect of a Regeneration ritual, your character permanently dies. At that point you would have the available options that follow a permanent death. This includes Permanently die, Die but create a half-XP character, and Metamorphosis. You do not have the option for Have one more life.
