Registration and the sort

I know this isn't exactly the right board for this, but imma be heading up to the oregon games day this saturday, and need to send in my build and backstory beforehand.
Could anyone lend me some advice as to who to send this to, and in which format?
 
If you are planning on using Seattle as your home chapter then you will want to send your information on your character to logistics@neroseattle.com.

And send your background to plot@neroseattle.com.

If you are based in Seattle, you will need to have Seattle transfer your character to Oregon. You can do this by sending an email to logistics (Dan) and requesting this.
 
This will be my first time PCing, and i live in oregon, so Ill send my stuff to nero oregon, and have it transferd to seattle next time imma be up there
