Release and Waiver and Health Forms

Hello, fellow LARPers, it's your friendly neighborhood Spiderman, I mean, Webmaster here. For those of you who don't know what these forms are, they must be filled out by every new LARPer before their first game and MUST be turned in before we set you free into the world of Gaden. Please READ these forms before filling them out, and answer all questions truthfully.

Do we fill them out and email them to some one or just bring them with us to the first game?
 
Bring'em to your first game, and hand them to Logistics, as we need them signed.

However, please send in the pre-registration with your food allergies, if you have any. That way they don't make something you're allergic to. Unless you don't have any allergies.
 
Oooh right. I was wondering where those might be.... :pinch:

I'll have one for next event, before I start helping cut trees down.
