Repairing shield spell and healing health from bless

If you have the Shield spell cast upon you, your armor increases by 5. If you were to spend one minute repairing your armor, would you also restore the additional 5 armor points given to you by the Shield spell?

If you have the Bless spell cast upon you, your health increases by 5. Can you have this additional health healed by healing spells? Or is it simply gone after it has been reduced to 0 via damage?

Both Bless and Shield are temporary only. You can never repair or heal the damage that a Bless or Shield take, and once they're used, they're gone... you'll have to get new ones cast on you.
