Draven Count Feb 27, 2020 #1 Repel is removed by Dispel; does it matter if the target of the Dispel is the caster or the victim? I assume not, but I’d like confirmation.

MaxIrons Knight Marshal Feb 28, 2020 #2 It appears it does by my reading. The effect seems on the victim, and not on the caster. The caster holding the arm out only effects the duration of the effect upon the victim but it is not on the caster per se. Upvote 0
