Hey Alliance players!

Your friendly neighborhood customer service guy here.

I know there has been a lot discussed about where folks can store their stuff and lay their head. I just wanted to explain the where's and why's.

Room reservations: we allow private rooms to be reserved and paid for by registered pc's. This is because we want to give teams opportunities to have a place guaranteed after they register so they arent fighting to get a cabin, so that some folks whom want solace can have it, and so the pcs may have a better experience. Why PCs and not NPCs? Its because we have all of NPC camp and the insulated and air conditioned bunk room to find a place to make your own. This isn't malicious but we want to keep the PC and NPC area apart.

The great thing with the site is that its evolving, changing and adding. Players from our game and others are busting their backs to add more rooms. Rumor is second floor rooms...just saying. That being g said it takes time and we are doing our best and thanks to awesome volunteers we are doing it well.

This is a unique game where we play with each other and not against. In keeping with that when there's an issue we want to work with you. I promise we will look into the room situations and review that policy.

If anyone has any questions, concerns, medical needs or you need to vent. Reach me at hqcustserv@gmail.com.

I'll respond as soon as I can and try to reach some happy mediums for everyone.

Thanks for your time everyone and I look forward to hanging with you.

I love the constant expansion and have absolutely no complaints about how Faire Play is improving the site. My one concern is that there is currently VERY little space for players who don't have a team of at least four and don't want to spend an additional $30 ($40??). This is particularly cumbersome to new players / new characters. I'm certain that as space expands this problem will subside, but at the present time it seems rather pressing.

Mike,

We are very much in a growth period right now. I agree that lodgings are often more difficult for new players. If you or anyone has issues finding them let me know. As we expand and *gasp* maybe add a second floor to the inn we will have more bunks opening up. This is really important to everyone we finally now have the manpower and funds to address it. You gave us 5 years give us a little more time sir.

My apologies I was incorrect. No second floor area in tavern however more beds are coming. Huge thanks to Scott Kondrk, Doug P. And all the others who have been working so hard to make stuff better.
