Retrieval of old posts from the now defunct Rules Theory threads

There are some posts of mine in the old Rules Theory thread that I would like to recover the information from so that I may take these discussions elsewhere. How would I go about doing so as there was no forewarning of the board going away, and so no time to move the information over to my personal storage?
