Can I return anything while under an offensive Wither?

You can use Return defenses (like Bane or Reflect) as those are defensive calls, but you cannot make offensive calls. This means that while you can still use Riposte while offensively Withered, you cannot make the followup attacks... which means it's rather pointless to do so, as you're just wasting your Riposte
