From the Reverse Life Force scroll:
Creatures with no metabolism gain a metabolism and are considered to have a living being's metabolism, losing all immunities and abilities which stem from having no metabolism.

Curing spells have the reversed effect on the recipient of the Ritual. Reversed creatures that are normally healed by Curing and Harmed by Necromancy are now healed by Necromancy and harmed by Curing. Beings with a Reverse Metabolism that are normally healed by Necromancy and Harmed by Healing are now harmed by Necromancy and healed by Curing. The amount of curing is equivalent to the amount that it is normally healed; therefore if a creature normally was harmed double by healing and healed by necromancy, it would now be healed double by Curing and harmed by Necromancy.

In general, this, I suppose would then be up to plot teams to determine if, say, a Fire Elemental now healed from Ice and was harmed by Flame, however, how is it intended to work with Golems?

Does a golem which holds a spirit already under the effects of Reverse Life Force heal from Healing? Alternatively: does a spirit which is in golem and is subsequently targeted with Reverse Life Force gain a metabolism from the casting?

The intent of the scroll is to cover the "Healing" effect group where it says "Curing". Since Golems are already immune to both Necromancy and Healing, a Reverse Life Force makes no changes to what they are healed or harmed by.

A Reverse Life Force will affect the Spirit of the creature targeted, and thus will affect its "normal" body. All abilities of the "normal" body are overridden when they are Spirit Stored into a Golem and thus the Golem's metabolism (or lack thereof) is unaffected.
