Resolved Riposting Blow and Meditate

If I parry a blow, then pop a Riposting Blow but my 500 body eviscerate is missed, can I meditate that Riposting blow back (obviously not the parry) Since riposting blow doesn't expend the targeted skill I think you can meditate it back because the swung blow failed to hit, but I wanted to be sure.

Per 2.1.1 ARB, pg 68, Riposting Blow is listed as Meditatable.
