Rit Scroll updatedness?

I was wondering who I would need to talk to (i assume Scott or some other staff member) about checking on the updatedness of my rit scrolls (i understand if this needs to be done on-site next season).

I hear this and that about such and such a scroll being incorrect or being spellcraftable or not spellcraftable regardless of what my scrolls actually say. I didn't know if there was a Rit scroll exchange program or what.

The Black Forest has an exchange program...Oh wait this is the OOG section...heheh j/k. Yes if they are HQ scrolls then Scott *should* be your go to guy (I stress should because he has in the past but I don't want to add more work for this guy and don't know if it has changed). I would also contact HQ rules just to be sure.
