I have in my possession a Dragon Script: Ritual of Woe. I believe that it is in our best efforts to collect any tied to the lands reagents to fuel the Dragon Script. One casting will protect up to six individuals and the create Stakes of Woe for them.
The Dragon Script uses: Feyander, Ley Ore, Penna and Pyrotis.

Ideally I would like multiple Rituals of Woe to grant as many as possible the protections and grant them Stakes of Woe as well.

It will depend upon when we have enough evidence to strike against the Garden Society. We need much more reconnaissance before we strike. And I would rather start the preparations now. As opposed to waiting.

Vampires plan for centuries. We don't have centuries. We have perhaps a year until they strike. I am using the coronation of Princess Yvaine as the culmination apex of their most recent plans. Basing their strike after Feast as an example of prior action.
