Ritual Scrolls for Sale or Trade

The following ritual scrolls are offered for trade or sale to any who wish them. I offer these with the understanding that the laws pertaining to ownership of such are as follows:

Unlawful Possession of Ritual Items/Unlawful Performance of Prohibited Rituals: Certain ritual items are so powerful that there are strict guidelines as to their ownership and possession, if not outright prohibition. Specifically:

Spirit Store: All individuals utilizing a Spirit Store ritual within the boundaries of the Ducato must gain due permission from the Conte or noble of higher station. This includes storage into all manner of creatures, be they golems or living creatures. Failure to gain such consent may result in forcible removal from said vessel.
Circles of Power: Creation of Limited or Permanent circles is illegal within the Ducato without a writ from the local Conte, Marchese or the Duca himself. Unregistered Circles will be subject to prompt destruction by the proper authorities upon discovery.
Summoning: Summoning of extra-planar creatures such as elementals, pantherghasts, celestial hounds, and the like may be performed only with verbal consent of the Conte, Marchese or the Duca himself.
Ritual Components: Possession of the catalyst for Obliteration is restricted. All catalysts can be turned over to the Ducal Household for safekeeping or registered with the local Sindaco as well as the Visore of Magic. The Ducal household will compensate those citizens and licensed travelers who wish to sell such components with a reasonable and fair price. Unauthorized performing of an Obliteration ritual itself carries a minimum mandatory sentence of Obliteration. Performing an Obliteration ritual upon a noble or merchant of Dagliano carries a sentence of mandatory Permanent Death.
Possession of the catalysts for Create and Transform to Corporeal Undead, Create and Transform to Skeletal Undead, Create and Transform to Spectral Undead is illegal and carries a minimum sentence of death.
Spirit Walk: The possession of the formal magic scroll Spirit Walk is restricted in the Ducato of Dagliano to the Guildmasters of the official Healer?s and Mages? Guilds. The finder of any Spirit Walk scrolls may turn said scroll in to the Guilds for compensation.

Should these laws need updating, I would happily adjust my offerings to match the local laws. All scrolls are currently in transit and not at this time in Dagliano.

I will entertain all offers by private message, or public, if the buyer so desires. Bidders will be given notice if their initial bid is surpassed, the amount surpassed by, and given a second opportunity to place a higher bid.
