To the Good People of Valdanis,

Now that King Nathaniel Daefell has been officially coronated and the Kingdom of Valdanis established we will be performing many tasks to reconcile these changes in heirarchy. To this end, any patents, writs, or sanctionings previously awarded by the Kingdom of Thardaria will no longer be valid for this Kingdom. All those who wish to retain the status you have previously earned must re-petition for it. Please understand that this is mostly a formality and meant as no offense to anyone. It is my duty as Royal Bookkeeper to keep all matters of state recorded and in perfect order. I shall endeavor to make this change as easy on everyone as possible, but let me assure you that it is necessary and must be done.

It is my understanding that many of the Patents of Nobility have already been taken care of and therefore I would like only to say on this matter that if you have been missed, please bring it to my attention at the earliest possible moment.

All writs must be presented to me to take before the King for approval. This includes all writs of land holdings. Once this is done you will receive a new writ created by the Royal Scribe and sealed by the King.

Lastly, sanctionings which I believe to be the largest of the current tasks I have to perform. Any guild or organization who wishes to have the backing of the crown as an official entity must submit the following information to be evaluated for the crowns approval. Once approval is established you will once again receive all the benefits of being sanctioned.
1) The name of the Guild or organization
2) The name of the Guildmaster
3) The names of all of the Guild Elders
4) The names of all of the guild members
5) The type of guild or organization. Merchant, adventuring, warriors, etc...
6) The guild colors and symbol
7) The guild charter or laws ( these can not contradict the laws of the Kingdom of Valdanis)

To better perform my other duties I would like to complete these tasks in as timely a manner as possible. Therefore, I request that you send all petitions to me through courier or pigeon as soon as you are able and I will perform my duties swiftly and accurately so that you all may continue on with your daily activities without delay.

I would just like to ask what is currently going on with the guild houses. It has been almost 2 months since this was requested and I would like to know the ruling on the guilds. Well at least mine. I know you are probably busy with a million and one things but just asking :D. Thank you for your time and patience.

I thank you for your patience at this time. There has been a delay in proceedings due to the king's recent illness. Some decisions have been made however, and those involved will be notified shortly. There will be a public posting of all sanctioned guilds as well as Royal appointments when they have all been confirmed. Please continue to have patience as we are attending to these matters as quickly as possible.

I dont wish ta press ya fur more information because of da delay but ah wus wondering if ya could give us more infurmation about da current guilds as was mentioned dat da guild masters were being contacted. I, same as tadron, hurrired through da process ta make sure mah guilds standings were compromised and ah worry dat dis delay might continue despite assurances dat it was already decided on.

Can ya please let meh know soon. I understand about da king not feeling well but dats why he has a council and a first knigth and all dat.

To the Good People of Valdanis,

It is my duty to inform you that all of the petitions that were presented to me have been decided on. Those individuals listed as the head of said organization have been notified. I will be posting those organizations that have been sanctioned by the crown and adding to that list as more are approved.

If you seek specific services I would look to those organizations on the list as they have the approaval of the Kingdom of Valdanis. Those that are not sanctioned are not for a reason.

I thank all of you for your patience in this matter.
