Rulebook Pre-order!

So then I guess my big question is if I can make it out to the Seattle March event, will the new rulebook rules be in affect? Because it does make a difference for my costume/build weapons plans. :)
 
No, they won't be in effect. IIRC, the new rules conveniently go into effect right before the Ashbury season opener, but don't hold me to that (they're prone to getting pushed back, as you well know).
 
Axe that above statement (it'd be nice to have editing permissions on this forum). I read this thread before I read any other thread, and didn't know that running earlier was even an option. I only get to check the boards like once a week nowadays. Long story short, I have no idea.
