Rules Clarification: Gaseous Form

It was recently ruled at your game that game abilities could be used in a Gaseous Form, however the rulebook states:

While gaseous, they can use no skills and are immune to all attacks except Solidify.

My interpretation is a gaseous form would be unable to call a resist to a Solidify spell.

Just looking to get a clarification for how this works at your game. Thanks!

The rule as stated in the rulebook is correct. If you can provide me information privately about the marshal you discussed this with at the game I would be happy to follow up and clarify with them.
