Hi, so as the head of rules for ATL I have some major concerns that I want to bring up. There are a few things that people talk about being rules from a player handbook that was released some time ago but i can not find anywhere. An example of one of these is players not being allowed to have multiple characters in the same player group. I have heard that "rule" from many people but it isn't in the RULEBOOK. another exmaple is "dragon magic"(NPC ONLY STUFF for big bads) being able to cast a ritual as a spell packet or strike with one etc...
I cant list all the various obscure rules i have heard and have tried to field but my main point is why do we have rulebook that doesn't list all the rules in the game. Clearly dragon magic (or however its flavored) is an in game mechanic that can be used by the plot team, but how can i correctly implement it if there is no documentation on it.
Maybe i just don't know where to find these topics in the forums or the website and this post is pointless, but it is NOT easy to be a head of rules with the current rules documentation.
