(A note in the tavern)
I'm very sorry to be the one to relay this to you if you hadn't been made aware. One of our former friends took it upon himself to close the portal to Andar by conspiring with our enemies the Corrupt. This is someone we all thought was a decent individual whom we had fought beside. What we didn't all know was that he was apparently filled with so much hatred towards the Nobility that he was willing to let himself be obliterated to see the portal to andar closed. We don't know what he thought would be achieved by this act, other than hurting the Nobility. Andar had stepped back, and was sending food and supplies through to help the situation in the valley given the blight on the crops. I am also sorry for the many people who had Family in Andar that he didn't concern himself with when he made his decision. Every effort will be made to find a way to return you home to those family if you so choose. Its always tragic when the people we thought we could trust let anger consume them to a level they are willing to wound everyone around them to get their vengeance on a few.
