Will the job provide compensation? Are the accomodations in a warm building, with 3 square meals a day, and provide stipends for other neccessaties? What counts as experienced, 1 year, 5 years, 200 years? What kind of servant staff will they be managing, are there any Elves amongst that staff, what are the hours, is this a live in situation?
