Though many of our current players may not know them, back in the day, we had two fantastic LARPers roaming the country, who are dear friends of mine. Wade and Shannon. A few months ago, Shannon fell ill with necrotizing pancreatitis. Yes, it's as awful as it sounds. She was in an induced coma and stuck in the ICU for nearly two months. By the time she was released, she had been in the hospital for about 10 weeks.
Shannon and her husband could use some help from the community. Just imagine the cost of two months in the hospital. This is on top of day-to-day costs that are stacking up now that they are effectively at half their normal income. If you can help...even the cost of a coffee...please help me help these wonderful people.
