I keep hearing about "selling back" skills and I am unsure as to what it means as it is not clearly explained in the rulebook. If I acquire enough build to purchase Weaponmaster I wind up "selling back" 1-handed edged and 1-handed blunt. Do I regain the 11 build used to purchase those 2 skills or are these points lost to me forever?

Using weapon master as the example:
"This skill allows the use of all non-ranged weapons. It does not allow the use of Shield, Florentine, or Two Weapons. When buying this skill, you must “sell back” any skills that are included."
Fred the fighter currently has Polearm (8 build) and One-Handed Edged (5 build). He would like to purchase Weapon Master.
When purchasing Weapon Master (15 build) Fred would only have to spend 2 build, since he would receive 13 build back for polearm and one-handed edged.
