Sending Letters to NPCs

I talked to Cory some about this and we kind of agree on a few things. We are ok with letters not being in an IBGA with the following caveats:
1. It is done at least a week prior to the event
2. There are not tons of letters sent every time from everybody
3. There is not an expectation of a response outside of game to said letters
That might have to change if it gets out of hand. However, currently we don't get a ton of IBGAs or even letters so we are willing to try it this way for a while. Thanks for your inquiry.
