September 2012 Event!

Alliance Seattle's next event is September 21-23 at Millersylvania State Park ELC near Olympia, WA.

After a successful foray into the mysterious ghost town a few days travel from Tarndale, trouble has followed the adventurers back to town. With a fresh perspective on the history of the Valley and its inhabitants, how will the new pieces of history fit together now? Find out in The Valley of Ghosts Episode 5: Trouble!

You may Pre-Pay this event by using Paypal to send $46.60 to paypal@alliance-seattle.com. Don't forget to put down your character name. You may Pay-no-Play by sending payment to this address as well. Do not send your pre-registration to this address. Pre-Pay pricing ends September 7th. In order to qualify for the Pre-Pay price (so that you do not owe money at the door), you must also Pre-Register. Pre-Registration must be sent to logistics@alliance-seattle.com by September 14.

If you Pre-Register by September 14 but do not Pre-Pay, your at-the-door price will be $55. If you neither pre-pay nor pre-register the cost at-the-door will be $65.
Basic Pages' cost will be $22.50 Pre-Pay, $30 if only Pre-Registered, or $40 at-the-door, while Advanced Pages' cost will be $26.50 Pre-Pay, $35 if only Pre-Registered, or $45 at-the-door.

NPCing is free- but please still let us know if you plan to attend! If you intend to NPC and would like to be on the meal plan, please let Plot know at plot@alliance-seattle.com by September 14. The meal plan costs $15. Please include in the email if you have any food allergies. Guild NPCs are assumed to be attending and buying into the meal plan unless Plot is informed otherwise.

Remember that Downtimes are due at the end of next week (on the 7th)! Please try to send in your downtimes as early as you can, and take into account the timing limitations for any other traveling/downtimes that you've done to other chapters (or will be doing, in the case of the upcoming SF event).
