September Event Alert!!!!

The event being held this September 10-12 will be a bit different from usual. We are running this event as a thank you to Josh and Matt for running plot for us for the past couple of years and as a welcome to Tank and Asa, who will be taking over as plot heads next year.
The plot team for this weekend will be: Doug Fleming, John (GJ) Leino, Allison, Kurt Zdanio, Jason Hoff, Mike Fry, and Creepy Tony.
Doug’s wife, Becky, will be cooking for the event (She ran the tavern back in April). The cost of the food for the entire weekend will be $15.
We would like to start game by 9:00, so please be as prompt as possible. There are a few in-game and out-of-game things we need to be sure our PC’s understand before game begins. This event will be taking place in a different setting, and we’re really excited to bring it to you.
Please be sure to send us all of your Craftsman Other’s to EngralEmpire@gmail.com . These are not for IBGA’s, but Craftmans Other’s only. IBGA’s should still be sent to the current plot team.
We would like to ask for people to donate 100 glow stick necklaces. Bracelets will not work. Any color will do, and Tom will reward you with goblin stamps.

P.S. Please let us know if you plan to eat at the event so we can have enough food.
 
Please include an address to send the 100 necklaces too....I am not going to be able to make the event and i typically try to hide all LARP purchases from my wife....so.... please give me an address to ship to.

The best price I found was about $24 per 50, free shipping. Here is the link I used if anyone else wants to. You can choose your colors, I picked assorted....if you guys want any specific colors you could pick them out.

Hey Everyone!
Just looking for a heads up on who is planning on eating at the tavern this upcoming weekend. I know Becky is going to finish up her shopping soon and wants to make sure there is the correct amount of food to feed people. I know a lot of people are at the National event and many people don't check the boards regularly, but some sort of a head count would be much appreciated.

Looking forward to running plot for you all. We have some great stuff planned!!!!

Matt Byers is reporting his ability to attend this event (Bev is letting me go have some fun after my helping run the National event.) I will also be eating the tavern food as well, as this is a great bargain for the price. (thought I might help pimp it a bit :D )
