The event will be held September 24-26 at Camp Moran, not Millersylvania. The event cost will be $60 to PC, $20 to NPC, and $25 for Paiges. Full PCs who preregister (send in spell memorization, magic items, and production needs) will get a $15 discount. Preregistration will close at 11:59PM on Friday, September 17th.

Looks like 60 to me, or 45 if you pre-reg. So it looks like the normal price if you dont pre-reg, but a price break if you do pre-reg (more of a price break than normal).
 
Yup. More of a need to pre-reg this time around. But, seeing as the announcement went out just tonight, about a full month prior to the event, people should have no excuse for *not* pre-reg'ing.

I mean, who can argue with a $15 price reduction?
 
As Phil said, it is $60 if you do not pre-reg, $45 if you do. The ferry cost will have to be payed in addition to this, but that will vary depending on how many people are riding in each car. If a car has a driver and three passengers, the cost is only $17 per person, round trip.

I wont even be able to go, but an important question. Is there a time in which the ferry will stop running. I know typically we have a number of people who arrive rather late. Will the ferry still run if people show up at 11pm or midnight?
 
Last ferry of Friday night leaves at 9:30PM from Anacortes. The ferry ride itself is an hour to an hour and a half.

5:35 am, with the next time after that being 7:45 am.
