Set up of Day Camp

As of right now unless Staff has need I am not planning to bring our two bigger medieval Pavillions to game- but I did want to bring our period sunshade and chairs and tables and our small arming tent.

Where am I allowed to set it up? I know from Becky as long as it is not a sleeping tent and not blocking paths they have no rules against placement as long as it is still in our rented area.

So where can I set it up? I would like it close to tavern and people if possible lol

And by game I mean only next game- the pavilions a can come out when ever they are needed or wanted :-)
I just need a heads up to load them as they are so very very many yards of canvas lol

I would LOVE to bring them out!

This is the sunshade and the chairs we have 3 of backed X chairs and two throne like ones. This is also the arming tent.

This is the smaller of our two Pavilions- the other is larger square and green and white. Lol
If needed they can come out just as I said need a heads up as well- so much canvas lol
 
We control groupsite A and B so both work, a spot near the main tavern pc lodge may also work well, maybe between the brotherhood "village' and the tavern.
 
it may be a village now but soon it will become an "EMPIRE"!!
 
Ok so looks like our big pavillion will be used by the gypsy this game- yay!:-)
Still for sure doing the sunshade day camp might do the smaller pavilion behind it for outfit changes and storage or just shove stuff in a coroner of the pavilion the gypsy are using:-)
 
Ok so what time are we allowed to set up our tents on Friday?

Site opens 6 pm Friday.
 
I think we can get there earlier to set up.... I wanna say 3... But I could be wrong... I was gonna set up then head home for a bit:-)
 
If it six that is cool just makes it hard to set up the bigger pavilions lol
 
The site is open at 6PM, meaning that's when you're allowed to show up and set things up. If Rob D tells you otherwise, that's fine, but in general we don't want any players there before our staff is on-site and we may not actually have access to the site before that time depending on how the rental stuff is set up.
 
Ok dokey:-) if it is 6 it will likely mean no pavilions from us as that falls into little mans dinner and bedtime:-) setting up a pavilion in the dark is no fun unless you have bears, I know this to be fact lol
Hopefully can still do the day camp but that is a lot of Wooden furniture to haul in the dark lol
 
Ohh no, just the sunshade. The others are from SCA tent makers. The thrones we made. The X chairs we also purchased from an SCA merchant. One table we are bringing is hand made the other purchased:-)
 
I have not patience for large amounts of canvas- I have friends that have the patience - I do not:-)
 
I spoke to RoB- thank you guys for the help. 5pm looks like the earliest- we are so close and hubby should be home so we can get out and set up and be home for dinner and bedtime for the little man before we head back out to play Friday night:-)
