As you may or may not know, I'm GMing and writing plot for the Alliance National Event. What is a Dragon Stamp you might be wondering?
They are like uber goblin stamps. They can be used to blanket any event in any chapter, to get a monthly dragon blanket for a character (this is in addition to monthly goblin blankets), to convert to a goblin stamps in any chapter at a 1DS/5GS ratio and to create restricted magic items.
