It's a bit too soon for me to have one done for you but I custom make shields. :)

Pink foam core. From home depot
Garage door handle
Bolts
5/8ths closed cell to pad the edges. (Cut it in half lengthwise)
Duct tape (a bunch)
Something to makes an arm strap, usually nylon webbing. Cutting up an old leather tool belt works too.

I'll be at th event, to give better instructions.
 
Vicki I would like that very much, I much do charge and could I get it at the weekend event in May ? Let me know and I can tell you what I would like it to be. Thanks again for the help
