So this is a flashlight with one of those plastic crystals I make affixed to the light-emitting part and then 3 layers, yellow coarse tulle, orange fine tulle and some kinda... sheer but stiff dressy fabric with shiney dors of stuff on it that isnt glitter (better to avoid glitter)- twisted and crimped and shaped with a flatiron on medium-high and high.
For a completly soft-headed option, start with your LED flashlight and then get some WHITE tulle, ball it up andaffixe it over the light-emitting part to diffuse the light.
Decorate the rest of the flashlight however you want to hide its modern-ness.
