Site cleanup

My deepest apologies to the people that had to stay late onsite to cleanup the bathrooms. Had I known that this wasn't done, I'd have tackled it after the mod cabins.

What might be helpful for next event is to have a whiteboard with a checklist, so that when people finish up an area, they can check it off.

When I went into the bathrooms, the sinks were done, the toilets were done, the floors were very not done. There was no broom in the bathrooms, but going 20 feet to a cabin solved that. Add to that the fact that all of 4 people worked on the tavern, all of them from 2 of the PC cabins, and I was not pleased. I think we need to work on this. Especially since we will be back at Miller in February and April and their standards are higher.

I think if maybe we had one official wander around the site making sure things are being paid attention to, and that no one is just standing around that would help a lot.

I used to do that at Miller when Oregon had events there and it seemed to work out pretty well. I'd just find things that needed to be done and then find people to do them.

I was one of the 4 who stayed to clean the tavern it was not all that hard but if there were as many as there were suppose to be it would have gone by far sooner. I also walked around picking up packets as i walked out side that way when one of the Plot member came around i handed them the packets for monster camp.

I would also like to express my apologies to the people who stayed late to clean up the site. There is no excuse for leaving a mess for others to clean up.
