Skill Prerequisite Stacking

Hello Marshals,

It has been a while since I last played my Scout, and I can't find the decision from then. Do skills which require a number of Weapon Proficiencies or Backstabs to qualify for count them separately or in total?

For example, if Scouty McScout has 4 backstabs and 2 weapon proficiencies, is he qualified for 1 Stun Limb (as he has sufficient Backstabls to merit one) or 2 (as he has 6 total applicable skills)?

Man, I wish. But no. Page 50 of the ARB, bottom right paragraph:

You cannot combine Backstabs and Proficiencies in order to meet a prerequisite.
