I was on my way south of Arbor with the last of my Siril/Higgin's Cherry Wine and noticed an increase in guards around the road leading south. After talking to one they explained that the entire Duchy is covered in a "Null Magic Zone". I heard of the one in the Barony of Cresswood but nothing this large. The guard didn't say much, so maybe someone knows something about it.
Why is an entire Duchy a Null Magic Zone? Though, looking back, maybe Petyr or Quel would know...or maybe not...
