So its a bit early but... (March 27-29th event)

So I know its a little early to start discussing, but I just purchased my tickets to come out and visit you nice folks for the end of march event. I'm still working out were to stay and how to get around (if I have to, there are hotels and rental places ^.^) I'm currently looking at arriving in Seattle late Thursday night and flying back early Monday morning.

So I guess my list of questions should start with the actual game relevant things.

1.) Should I plan to prepay when pre-registering, when should I expect that to open for March?
2.) What are the sleeping arraignments on site.
3.) Who should I double check with to make sure my turtlely shield can cross the mists?
4.) As I play a heavy make up race, is there running water/a decent location on site to prep or should I arrive in costume?

Hrm thats about it for now I suppose, i'm looking forward to making a full weekend this time out (although the one day was a good time)

Pre-payment can be done as early as you would like. In fact, the earlier you pay the cheaper it is. See the post in the Announcements section:

We will be at Millersylvania State Park ELC for this event. The cabins have bunks with mattresses and the cabins are supposed to be heated. This past event several cabins had some difficulty getting their heat started, but for the most part they are heated.

Dave, the owner, has been doing a majority of the transfer approval stuff.

Yes, the bathrooms have running water and showers available.
