A question for your software guys.
For years I have been using Roxio 6 for burning CDs, because it allows me to mix the songs, fading one into another, adjusting volume levels and so on.
For some reason, it keeps crashing on me now when I try to burn a CD. (I am now burning mp3s instead of wavs, should that make a difference?)
Anyway, with the new computers I have, I have Roxio 10 and Nero 7, but it appears that neither of them having any mixing capabilities of the same quality.
So:
1. Is anyone familiar with Roxio 6 that may be able to give me some advice?
2. If I am stuck without it, is there a good program out there that lets me essentially be the DJ mixing my CDs the way I want to?
