Ok so the rules state
Heavy Metallic Armor. This level
is awarded for the following types of armor
coverage: heavy metal chain mail 14 gauge
American Wire Gauge (AWG) or thicker

Does this mean real metal, like go to the hardware store and get metal sheets or wire to make armor... So i couldn't make it out of say plastic?

Disarm is not very well defined, is that a 1 per day skill?

Do you have to purchase the race abilities? Say as a dwarf do I have to have both resist element and resist poison? cause that is a lot of points (7) at level 1 that is like half.

How many outfits do you usually bring?

Ok, so for the armor question, the best way to get 3 pt armor is with real metal armor. Either make it yourself if you can or buy it. The use of other materials to faux metal armor may result in less points, thats how the rules are written.

Next, Disarm, are you asking about the Spell or the Martial Skill? If spell, then ut depends on how many you memorize it. If the Martial skill then yes each time you purchase it you can use it once per logistics period.
As to racial skills they are not required to be purchased right away.
For outfits, I bring 2 shirts and 2 pairs if pants..
